Frequently Asked Questions's

“Who do I need to contact to place an order?” 

Nobody! If you would like to order a product, you can do so through our website and we will pick up your order straight away. However, if you would like to speak to someone about your order or another item not showing, you can of course contact a member of our sales team - just visit our contact us page.

“When can I speak to someone?”

Our team is available between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. E-mail's however that are sent outside working hours will often be replied to immediately, whatever the time! Alternatively, why not see if we're available on our live chat facility, this is often available outside of office ours too!

“What information do I need to give in my order?”

It's important to have the correct make and model(s) of your excavator to hand. This enables us to give you the right advice and ensure you get what you need. Your machine's linkage measurements will also be required at the order stage so we know how to finalise your attachment.

“How can I pay?”

We accept all Visa, Mastercard and Solo cards if you pay through our website. If you wish to pay by cheque, please allow at least 7 working days for clearing. Paying by bank transfer is also available with prior arrangement.

“When will I receive my order?”

For orders on stock items, we can often dispatch to you the same day and all our items will arrive on pallets. To ensure a correct delivery, it's always helpful to supply us with a full delivery address and postcode where there will be someone present to sign for the goods during normal daytime hours.
